Award-Filled Start to 2017 for The DAVIS Companies

The DAVIS Companies has been recognized by three separate organizations in the first two months of 2017 for service quality, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

In the first of these awards, DAVIS earned Best Staffing Agency in Worcester Business Journal’s (WBJ) 2017 Best of Business Awards. A reader survey of the region’s definitive source for business news selected DAVIS as Central Massachusetts’ go-to resource for Staffing and Talent Advisory services. This marks the fourth year in a row that WBJ’s readership, made up of executive business leaders, voted DAVIS to the top.

Next up came one of the staffing industry’s most touted awards, earned by less than 2% of all agencies in the U.S. and Canada. For the third consecutive year, DAVIS has been named to Inavero’s Best of Staffing® list for both Client and Talent Satisfaction. Best of Staffing winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients and the permanent and temporary employees they’ve helped find jobs. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.5 times more likely to be completely satisfied and talent of winning agencies are 3.6 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

On February 16th, Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on contingent work, announced that The DAVIS Companies was selected as a 2017 Best Staffing Firm to Work For. Internal employees at each firm taking part were asked to complete a 40-question online survey that measures six key engagement categories focusing on items including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership. This is the second time DAVIS has been recognized as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For in the past 3 years.
