Job Function:

Develops and manages quality systems, ethics, and training to support the manufacturing effort. Audits effectiveness of systems, reports on deficiencies, and is an integral team member in correcting deficiencies. Maintains the corrective action system, and is the facilities interface for all customer quality issues and concerns.

  • Lead a small team, interact with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CFR 21 part 820, and TS 16949
  • Net processes and procedures designed with regulatory compliance in mind
  • Ensure compliance to procedures
  • Perform audits to verify compliance


  • BS degree and/or 5-10 years of Quality Control experience in plastics and medical device. 
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement, SPC, DOE and FEMA, FDA registration.
  • Previous management / Supervisory experience desired.
