A fast-growing medical device company in the northern Twin Cities metro has an immediate opening on their team for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter.  The recruiter will attract and identify top talent for  hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on recruiting efforts and ensuring that the company’s overall recruiting strategy and processes are competitive and advancing in attracting talent. This is a contract-to-hire position with a hybrid work schedule. 

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Recruiter:

  • This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes).
  • Partner with Senior TA members to build, drive, participate and own recruiting events IE: Virtual career fairs, college career fairs, diversity events and more
  • Provide timely communication to the candidates, hiring managers and other partners in the recruitment process
  • Prepare candidates interview process (phone screens, on site interview, candidate travel, etc.)
  • Partner with RPO (Cielo) to accomplish recruiting goals and objectives and/or internal Talent Acquisition team members
  • Participate and partner further develop diversity initiatives
  • Source candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS), candidate databases, and additional internal and external tools to identify the best pool candidates for the opportunity
  • Lead recruitment kick off conversations with Hiring Managers and Human Resources
  • Geographic scope of the role is focused on recruitment efforts and processes which could include both North America as well as global opportunities 

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Recruiter:

  • University Degree (BA degree) preferred and/or appropriate years of experience (2-4 years) 
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, background and drug screen processes, reference compliance, external recruitment tools/social media
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, travel booking sites, external job/career sites
