Searching for a Sales Support Administrator for a premier client, Waters Corporation, on 1st shift.

Waters has an opportunity available for a temporary Sales Support Administrator.  This individual will work closely with Sales Support, Inside Sales and Contract Management teams to support field sales activities necessary for revenue generation.  Geographical responsibility is primarily US focused.


  • Assist in finding opportunities and completing necessary paperwork required to compete for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Government bids. 
  • Assist in completing forms requested by customers containing vendor information.  This often requires the support and engagement of various departments within Waters to ensure responses are complete and accurate. 
  • Upload and/or complete standard documentation to customer or partner websites. 


  • Possess exceptional organizational skills

  • Be extremely detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Possess strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe
