Campaign Coordinator
Long Term Contract
Milford, MA


As an integral member of the Customer Engagement team, the Campaign Coordinator will support our lead generation and customer engagement initiatives by contributing wherever support is necessary.


  • Create and update webpages
  • Work with the scientific operations team to review, edit, and post application briefs
  • Post new content in our sales enablement platform
  • Assist in planning and coordination of webinars, videos, animations, photoshoots, and other multimedia activities
  • Proofread and edit copy to ensure proper grammar, consistency, and brand voice for all internal and external communications including application notes, white papers, brochures, programs, and other promotional materials
  • Conduct market research and identify trends
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing teams to manage ad-hoc department requests
  • Managing backlog items for Customer Engagement marketing team


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Writing or other relevant field
  • 0-3 years work experience, preferably within a marketing organization
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong sense of initiative with a desire to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience in a content management system
