Description

Bilingual Sales Admin

We are looking for qualified Bilingual Sales Admin for our client in the Duluth, GA area.  Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish for this role.  This team member will work hand in hand with the sales team to ensure the customer's order is processed and shipping in a timely fashion.

Pay Rate: $16-18 DOE

Hours: 1st Shift 8am-5pm

Duties:

  • Communicates with the people at the factory to facilitate good customer relationship.
  • Communicates with customers, vendors, distributors effectively.
  • Manages and controls office supplies.
  • Prepares shipping documents (Shipment Kit, Packing List, Invoice and necessary documents for shipment)
  • Coordinates products pick-up schedule with forwarding company.
  • Inputs shipping details (date, amount, payment terms and product description) into the Customer Statement.
  • Prepares Purchase Orders to vendors.
  • Inventory control

 

Qualification

  • Education: High School degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Continual on the job learning is required.
